7. Question: I have watched the installation video of the versa-pouch. When it is attached to my mother's rollator walker, can I "tighten" it around the front bar by slipping the top piece deeper into the main pocket? In other words, does the velcro (I assume that's how it attaches) go down deeper into the main open pocket so when attached it will hang higher on the bar?
Please let me know ASAP as I am planning to order for her birthday on Saturday the 27th
Answer:
Thank you for contacting us !
Yes, you can vary it to "tighten" or "lossen" by about an inch to an inch and three quarters by either going in the direction of deeper into the pocket or up from the pocket.
Depending on the weight of what is in the pouch, the inch to an inch and three quarters adjustment variable should still leave enough velcro to be secure.

We would also like to point out that the Regular Style VersaPouch, which you would be using, has special latex-free non-slip fabric to keep it in place on the rollator for your mom.
Thank you for inquiring !
