1. Question: What is your return policy?

Answer: We know how important it is that your Versa-Pouch looks good and performs well. That's why we try to keep our return/exchange policy as simple and generous as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

You should retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.

If you wish to make a return or exchange -

* It must be in new condition
* It must be sent with the original invoice by the original purchaser in order to properly credit their account
* You must fill out the return form included with your order or the handy PDF Form (see link below) to let us know if this will be a return or exchange

We do not refund or credit shipping and processing charges. Normal time for processing returns is 10 - 16 days.

  • 2. Question: How do I return an item?

    Answer: To return a purchase for refund or exchange, simply fill out the return form included with your order, specifying what you would like us to do. Box up the order in the original packaging, affix the return address label included in your order, and ship back by the carrier of your choice (US Mail, UPS, etc.)

    There is no need to contact us for a return authorization


    3. Question: How do I exchange an item?

    Answer: Wrong color or style? No problem!

    Simply download the "Returns & Exchange Form" (below) and complete the online form for exchanges via the link below and mail it to us at the address here:

    Exchanged item(s) must be in new condition.

    Once we have received and inspected your item(s), we will make the appropriate charge or credit to your credit card account depending upon differences in prices of styles ordered.
